Collection and usage of personal data of customers, suppliers, and other contractors.
We would like to inform you that we will collect and use the personal data that you provide to us because this will be necessary to close or execute eventual agreements with you. This applies to our (potential) customers as well as our parties from whom we purchase cases and/or services.
If you are a (potential) customer of us, then we will be using your data to send you a quotation, to be able to decide what specifications or wishes a certain case or service must satisfy, to be able to deliver cases or execute services for you, to be able to send invoices and rapidly and efficiently communicate with you about the implementation aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data will be necessary for the closing and execution of agreements. At purchases it will be necessary to notify you about the specifications or wishes a certain case or service requires to meet, to be able to send quote requests or place orders, to be able to pay your invoices and rapidly and efficiently communicate with you about other aspects of the agreement.
You are not required to provide your personal data to us. If you do not provide us with any or enough personal data, then it is possible that we cannot execute the previously mentioned services.
Transfer to third parties
In connection with the execution of a possible agreement with you it is possible that we will need to provide your personal data to parties that supply us with parts, materials and products or execute assignments on our request. We make use of external server space for the storage of (parts of) our sales- and purchase administration, of which your personal data is a part of. Your personal data is there for being provided to our provider as storage space. We furthermore make use of Microsoft Office and the corresponding storage possibilities for E-mails and other files. Because we make use of a newsletter mailing service, your personal data is lastly being provided to the provider of this service.
Direct marketing
If you have given us permission for it, we will preserve and use the by you provided personal data to notify you by personal mail about our existing and new products and services and possible discounts for you. Preservation period personal data
In case you have requested an quotation of us but have not become a customer of ours, we will delete your data exactly one year after our last contact. In case that we have received a quotation from you, but we have not become a customer of yours, we will delete your personal data exactly one year after our last contact. In case you have become a customer of ours or we of you, then we will preserve your personal data for the duration of seven years after the end of the booking year in which the agreement with you has been fully executed. The duration of seven years matches the period in which we are required to preserve our registration for the tax authorities. When this period has passed we will delete your personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to view your own personal data. If there is a motivation, you can request us to add information or change misinformation to your personal data. You also have the right to request your personal data to be erased or the use of your personal data to be limited. You can also object our collection and usage of your personal data and file a complaint with the Authority Personal Data. Finally you can make a request to view your personal data or the transfer of the personal data to another party.
